What is Counseling?
The threshold for going to a psychologist or psychotherapist is often high.
Doctors have little time for intensive conversations. The solution is counseling:
an accessible, practical, low-threshold form of assistance or counseling .
n contrast to psychotherapy, counseling is more focused on the l ight psychosocial
problems, she does not treat psychiatric disorders and more work is done
from the here and now. If necessary, the counselor has a referral function.
By listening attentively and through therapeutic conversations, the person concerned knows to find itself again. A counselor is a confidential advisor who helps you
to create clarity in feelings and thoughts and learn to deal with problems
and questions on a personal, relational and professional level. With my full attention
I offer you the space to come to new insights and decisions . So the emphasis is on
on the 'inner reflection' and 'inner growth'. I motivate, support and guide you in this and teach you to trust your intuition.

Verloop van het coachingsproces: oriëntatiegesprek
We bekijken wat nu het beste voor jou past: Coaching, Counseling of een ConSoulting of een combinatie hiervan. Samen werken we een aangepast aanbod uit.
Voelen we een basis om er samen voor te gaan, spreken we concreet verder af.
We stellen een plan op, ik leg je de verschillende stappen uit, hoeveel contacten er nodig zullen zijn etc. : alles wordt besproken en uiteraard hoor ik graag jouw feedback hierop.
In geval van meerdere afspraken, maken we tussendoor samen de balans op.
Locatie
Het kan overal plaats vinden: in mijn praktijk, online, in de natuur, op een terras etc.
Dit gebeurt in onderling overleg. Belangrijk is dat jij je op je gemak voelt.
Bereikbaarheid
Ik ben beschikbaar voor afspraken op maandag t.e.m. zaterdag van 9.00u-22.00u.
Je kan mij ook 's avonds bellen elke weekdag tussen 19.30u-20.30u. Doel: afspraken maken of kort advies (max. 20 min.)
